Well, most everyone knows that we love Amari here at the Vine, so we're kicking off this season's wine education with a proper class on them! We will be focusing on wine based vs. spirits based Amari, AKA the ones I can legally sell here. We'll taste through 5 different amari that will help frame the major categories of amari. We will discuss the history and diversity of this lovely world, and we'll touch on the many ways in which Amari can be used.
