Ooh baby, I am so excited about this class!  Please join us at Brunswick Topsham Land Trust’s Tom Settlemire Community Garden for an immersive vermouth making class! You will learn about the history and technique of vermouth crafting, whilst sipping on vermouths and snacking on Vessel and Vine goodies.  Afterwards, we will walk the native plants and herb gardens together to identify and pick plants for your very own vermouth blend! You will depart with the start of your very own custom vermouth, and instructions on how to finish it at home. 

$60 per person— $30 of which goes to BTLT to support their work.
